From what I remember Company Branding in Azure used to require a premium AD license. But recently I noticed that this has been opened for all Office 365 licenses. This is one of the many great Office 365 features, that users and administrators are unaware of. I like this for two main reasons. First is that branding your Azure sign-in page makes your organization looks professional to both internal and external staff members. Secondly this makes it a little annoying for hackers as now they need to clone the looks of your company sign-in page if they are trying to steal your credentials by sending a malicious link in an email asking your staff to sign-in to Office 365 services. Because if they don’t, even your most unfortunate Office 365 users who would have clicked on a link like that should know that they are no longer signing into their company portal and stop immediately!!
So where can we make these changes? Company Branding settings are located under “Azure Active Directory” service. You can get to Azure Active Directory from your Office 365 Admin Portal or by visiting the Azure portal.
Accessing Azure Active Directory Service via Office 365 Admin Portal
First go to Office 365 admin centre (The URL is https://portal.office.com/AdminPortal/Home) and then expand “Admin centers” in the navigation panel and click on “Azure Active Directory”.

Accessing Azure Active Directory Service via Azure Portal
Visit the Azure portal by visiting https://portal.azure.com and sign-in with your Office 365 Global Admin credentials. Then go to “Azure Active Directory” Services. If you do not have this favourited, then simply go to “All services” and then type in “Active Directory” in the filter.

Once you have accessed Azure Active Directory service, you should be able to easily locate “Company branding” under Manage section.

Click “Configure” to start configuring. From here you can set a logo, a background image as well as a text to display. You could also enable or disable the options which allows users to remain signed in. Please have a look below to see all available branding options.

Now let’s take a look at how it looks after changing company branding:

I probably should have chosen a lighter background image than the one I uploaded!! The branding applies to all sign-in pages including the mobile apps like Microsoft Outlook. Why wait? Go and start branding your company sign-in page now and feel free to leave any comments if you have any questions.
